One World

Planet Earth!

It is our home.

It takes care of us and we take care of it.

We are all Earthlings.

Then why do we have to be countries, societies and have different civilizations.

What would happen if instead of a the hundreds of governments that we have today, we had one governing council.

Imagine if all the presidents and kings became elected state representative in a council responsible for handling the issues of the world.

No more need for passports, local laws, or war over territories.

The entire planet will be one territory.

We could establish one great civilization, were all effort goes to scientific and civil achievements instead of warfare.

We could have more organized and capable social services.

We would demolish the need for firearms and ban them completely.

Economical crisis will be avoided all together.

If one global system design to respect all beliefs and look out for the welfare of all humans alike as well as the ecological balance of the planet, this planet will prosper at a rate that is a hundred times faster than the current.

We don't need local journals, and unfunded research.

We need to eliminate wars and their causes.

There are six inhabited continents.

If each continent had a major representative and several minor ones representing each " country" ( I know this sounds like the UN but it isn't) but instead of being countries, these will be states that abide by the global laws of the planet.

what happens in the US affects India, What happens in India affects Zimbabwe, What happens in Zimbabwe affects England and what happens in England affect the US.

If we can't see that or comprehend it, then both Earth and us will cease to exist soon.
