Wasteland

Let your eyes lay upon those who let their lives go to waste. Gaze upon him who hitch his wagon to a stone not a star. Blame others for the way the world is instead of you for not stopping them.

Waste!! Waste!! Waste!! Everywhere I go I see waste. Men wasting times, wasting dreams. I see men littering, playing, wishing for little when they could have battled for more.

How many times have I seen men wishing to get the scrap of what they could have had for the sack of things that doesn't matter? Les Brown said "Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars." Ask yourself how many times you aimed for the moon. Why would we give up instead of fighting for what we most desire? Falling down as we walk the path doesn't mean we failed. There is no shame in falling; the real shame is in staying down.

"Keep away from those who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you believe that you too can become great." (Mark Twain) People are jealous when they sense someone amongst them who can surpass them with little effort, they suppress him. They would do everything in their power to make him feel inferior. They would seek to hold him back, instead of competing with him for the stars. Only those who attempt to walk the path will learn how far they may go.

Life has different paths. Choose which path suits you best. Some who keeps falling fall only because they attempted to cross a path that is not theirs, others fall because their path is simply rougher. The dilemma is to know if you are on the right path. You can only reach your goal by casting away wait weighs you down. If you are sure of your path yet the falls grow harder upon you, attempt to change the steps you take, may be your walk isn't right. You haven't failed you simply found a thousand ways that don't work!!

If you ever gave up something, or accepted the scrap then you must realize that it is never too late to be what you might have been. Desire more than you can accomplish for that only will keep you motivated.

It is easier to blame others than yourself. Have you ever seen someone littering? Did you tell him not to? Did you tell him to pick it up? When he refused did you do it yourself?

Wasted dreams, wasted talents, wasted morals & waste lives.

OH!! What a waste!!
